Spending a lot of time on a proposal that has little to no chance of being approved is a recipe for disaster - along with a considerable amount of lost time, frustration, and money spent on the pursuit. Participants will learn a process to assist in making appropriate Go/No-Go decisions and provide the basis for an “opportunity post-mortem” exercise if the deal is lost Join us on Friday, September 25th from 8:00 - 10:00 for a live virtual workshop with sales leaders from across the region that focuses specifically on 8 critical steps when deciding to submit a proposal to a prospect. This tactical session is designed for sales leaders, business owners, and higher-level salespeople that are responsible for proposal creation and approval.
