Leadership Bootcamp
Whether you feel like a natural-born leader or not, there are specific behaviors and attitudes you can learn that will help you become a better leader. This Boot Camp provides you with the core skills and essentials of Management and Leadership.
In addition to the Class Topics below, McDonell Consulting Group (MCG) will provide your organization with:
• An Executive Overview that provides a 90-minute coaching session to review individual strengths/weaknesses related to leadership competencies and aptitudes. Includes comprehensive personal benchmarking using Extended DISC and Devine Inventory Assessments (and comprehensive development guides).
• Enrollment in Sandler Online for three-months: boot camp reinforcement and access to a vast digital library (videos, podcasts, et cetera)
Investment:
The Boot Camp is $2,495 per person. This includes all materials, assessments, coaching session, Sandler Online access, breakfast/lunch both days, and a dedicated training room of committed leaders. Those looking for additional coaching and/or resources can contact us for custom pricing.
