Before joining MCG, Keith spent a year with Ruby Tuesday, Inc., working with corporate and regional management in developing teams on the store level through active coaching and role playing, and successfully providing a better guest experience. In light of his extensive expertise on marketing, communications, personal, professional and business development, Keith has been asked to speak before numerous companies and professional organizations.
