Why Use Assessments?

To ensure that any curriculum or program developed has the highest chance for success, early in the analysis phase of your team, we benchmark them using our field-tested tools (Extended DISC, OutMatch) to identify individual sales or management habits and communications styles.

You will also have your team assessed using the Sandler Team Assessment tool. This tool identifies and quantifies the gap between the expectations of team members and any level of management. This information provides the vital “roadmap” to construct a training program that is truly focused on yours and your company's needs.

What is DISC?

DISC is a self-assessment that measures how an individual prefers to interact with others. DISC creates a common language and a self-awareness to better understand ourselves and others.  We can provide reports for Individuals, Sales Professionals, Management, Leadership, Teams and more!
